Shipping and delivery
Where does PorchHaunt ship?
To addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally this season.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing varies by item and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Halloween arrival is not guaranteed.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Items may arrive in separate packages on different days, and you get a tracking number for each.
Returns
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with all included parts (such as stakes and tethers). Items that have been used outdoors, staked or hung are not returnable unless defective.
Can I return an inflatable?
An unopened inflatable follows the standard 30-day return. An opened inflatable is returnable only if it is defective, for example it does not inflate, a seam leaks or the LEDs do not light on arrival. Send a short video or photos of the fault and we will replace it or refund it.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer pays return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service because we cannot refund items that do not reach us. For defective items, we cover the return label.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day. Do not send items back without emailing first.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refunded unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Do you do exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
What if I receive the wrong item or a part is missing?
Email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send the correct item or the missing part at no cost.

Power and batteries
Which decorations need an outlet?
Only the Ghost Band inflatable. It plugs into an outlet through its included power adapter. The Flashing Peeping Eyes and the 47 in Hanging Light-up Ghost run on batteries, and the Hanging Grim Reapers need no power.
What batteries do the Flashing Peeping Eyes use?
AAA batteries, not included.
Do the peeping eyes turn on by themselves?
Yes, in dark-activation mode. A dusk sensor turns them on when it gets dark and off in daylight. They also have a steady-on mode.
What batteries does the 47 in Hanging Light-up Ghost use?
3 AA batteries, not included.
How does the 47 in ghost's timer work?
It has one button. Press it once for timer mode: the light stays on for 6 hours, turns off for 18 hours, then repeats every day. Press twice for always on. Press three times to turn it off.
What color is the 47 in ghost's light?
White. It has a white LED light inside.
Do the Hanging Grim Reapers need batteries?
No. They have no lights and need no batteries or power.
Does the Ghost Band inflatable need an extension cord?
Only if your outlet is too far from where you set it up. An extension cord is not included. If you use one outdoors, choose one rated for outdoor use.
Ghost Band inflatable: size, setup and wind
How big is the Ghost Band inflatable? Is it 8 feet tall?
No, it is not 8 feet tall. It is about 93 in (7.8 ft) long, 57 in tall and 41 in deep, so it is a wide lawn piece rather than a tall one.
What comes with the Ghost Band inflatable?
The inflatable with 6 LED lights, a power adapter, 4 metal stakes and 2 ropes. Sandbags and an extension cord are not included.
What do the ghosts in the band play?
One ghost plays a set of purple "Trick or Treat" drums, one holds a microphone, and one plays what looks like an accordion.
How do I set up the Ghost Band inflatable?
The supplier's setup steps are: place the sandbags, close the zipper, plug in the power adapter and let it inflate, tie the ropes, then fix it to the ground with the stakes. Pick a flat spot clear of the walkway.
How do I keep it from blowing over in wind?
Use all 4 metal stakes and both ropes, and add sandbags as the setup steps call for (sandbags are not included). On a driveway or patio where stakes will not go in, rely on weights such as sandbags. Unplug it and let it deflate before strong wind or storms.
Hanging decorations
How do the Hanging Grim Reapers hang?
Each reaper comes with a hanging rope attached. Hang them from a porch beam, an existing hook or a tree branch. Their arms are bendable, so you can pose them.
How big are the Hanging Grim Reapers?
The black reaper is about 47 in and the green and orange reapers are about 35 in each. They are made of nylon.
Where should I hang the 47 in ghost?
From a porch ceiling hook, a beam or a tree branch, away from the porch light so its glow stays visible. It is made of nylon and its arms are bendable.
Where do the peeping eyes go?
Each pair has an attached hook, so you can hang them in bushes along the path, under a porch rail or in a dark window. Each pair is about 5 x 3.75 x 2.5 in.
Decorating without an outlet
Can I decorate a porch with no outdoor outlet?
Yes. The Flashing Peeping Eyes (AAA batteries), the 47 in Hanging Light-up Ghost (3 AA batteries) and the Hanging Grim Reapers (no power) all work without an outlet. See Battery-Operated and No-Outlet Halloween Decorations.
