Shipping policy

Where we ship. PorchHaunt ships to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally this season.

Cost. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.

Delivery time. Delivery timing varies by item and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Halloween arrival is not guaranteed. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the carrier scans the package.

Multiple items. Items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will get a tracking number for each.

Address changes. Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once a package has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, check with neighbors and your building, then email us within 5 days and we will help. If a package arrives damaged, send a photo of the box and the item within 5 days of delivery.
